Leads the firm's assurance practice and is the responsible partner for review and sign-off on SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 examination reports issued under the firm's Colorado CPA license. Also oversees overall engagement quality across financial statement audits and accounting advisory work, and coordinates cross-border engagements alongside the firm's Indian and tax-focused associate entities.
Kishore Kalyanam
Partner · CISA, CIA, FCA, CFE, DipIFRS
Leads the firm's SOC 1, SOC 2, and SOC 3 examination practice, with primary responsibility for ITGC testing, control design evaluation, and fieldwork execution on SOC and other IT audit engagements.
